Cleaning up for photos is overrated

I was so ready to take pictures of my kids with the nice weather but because they were hanging out with daddy most of the day, they were dirty. It takes sooooo much to clean my kids up, so I thought I would just get the kids DIRTY, more than they already were! We drove to great grandmas farm and gave my kids a few props and just let them play as I stood back and photographed them. My son learned how to deflate a tire during these pictures and my daughter was loving not having to pose for mommy.
The sad news is the day after I took these photos at great grandmas house, we were called the next morning and told she had passed away in her sleep. We will always remember her playing skipbo, camping at the lake, fixing the best food ever, willing to help family and friends and being a loving and caring person.

I "LOVE" spring time

After work and dinner with the family, I went out to capture early spring blossoms. My favorite seasons are spring and fall, when the tempatures are mild and colors are vibrant!

My blessings from above

It was a long and confusing road that lead me to my two children. I truley beleive that even though they do opposite of what I say, 90% of the time, with a little direction from my husband and I, then you throw in the way they want to do things........beauty is created!

Price Increase-Effective April 1, 2012

To all my clients and future clients,

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate everyone who has allowed me
to photograph their families, events and weddings throughout the past
two years. Photography has always been a true passion of mine and I
feel blessed to have had the opportunity to be able to produce a
business out of my passion. I want to continue to grow as a business
owner and photographer and keep producing the best images for your
families.
Because things change fast in this industry, it takes a lot to keep
up, therefore effective April 1, 2012 my prices will increase to
collect the appropriate gear, software and knowledge so that I can
keep creating the best images possible. Remember that my prices will
increase over time but that I remain committed to giving my clients
what they want out of their photo session. So if this means standing
on a roof, in a ditch, freeze in the cold, drive out of town, or come
to your home just to get the photos that you want….. I WILL do it!!!

Please feel free to send me your email address so that I may send you
a copy of my new price sheet. Thank you for your understanding and I
hope to hear from you soon to book your spring, summer, fall or winter
sessions!

Yours Truly,
Kristin Gibbs
